Who can take part in the World Santa Claus Congress?

Anyone working professionally as Santa Claus or a Christmas pixie or elf is eligible to register for the World Santa Claus Congress. Spouses and children of Santas and Christmas pixies and elves can also participate as long as they meet the criteria for participation (please see the ‘Expectations’ section). Persons under the age of 18 cannot participate unaccompanied.

If you are a member of a Santa Claus organisation or if you work professionally as Santa Claus (or a Christmas pixie or elf) and you would like to participate in the World Santa Claus Congress, please send an e-mail to the address under the ‘Next Step’ section.

Please note that the Congress is for professional Santas. We therefore reserve the right to request information about your work as Santa, pictures of you working as Santa and reference and recommendations, if applicable.

Against payment family members are welcome to participate in the evening meals.

Accommodation at the hotel is reserved for participating Santas and Christmas pixies and elves. Persons accompanying a Santa or Christmas pixie or elf can, however, be accommodated at the hotel on the same terms as long as accommodation is shared with participating Santas.
