Practical information

Location
Bakken is located in Klampenborg – approx. 10 kilometres north of Copenhagen.
Address:  Dyrehavsbakken, Dyrehavevej 62, 2930 Klampenborg.
There are excellent train connections from Copenhagen to Klampenborg (approx. 15 minutes) and from Vedbaek to Klampenborg (approx. 8 minutes). The walk from the station in Klampenborg to Bakken takes approx. 10 minutes.

Accommodation
Bakken has made an arrangement with Hotel Marina in Vedbaek and we will therefore be able to offer accommodation at particularly favourable prices for participants in the World Santa Claus Congress.

The address of Hotel Marina is: Vedbaek Strandvej 391, Vedbaek.

Accommodation at the hotel is available to Santas coming from abroad and to Danish Santas living far from Bakken.

Local transport
There are excellent train connections from Copenhagen Airport to Vedbaek (approx. 40 minutes travel).

Santas and Christmas pixies and elves are arranging their own transport to and from Bakken. Vedbaek trainstation is approx. 500 m from the hotel, and bus No 388 has a stop in front of the hotel.

Meals
Some of the meals at the World Santa Claus Congress will be free for participating Santas.

Parking
All participating Santas driving in their own cars will be provided with a free parking code for Bakken’s car park.
