Practical information

Location
Bakken is located in Klampenborg – approx. 10 kilometres north of Copenhagen.
Address:  Dyrehavsbakken, Dyrehavevej 62, 2930 Klampenborg.
There are excellent train connections with the C-line from Copenhagen to Klampenborg (approx. 15 minutes) and you need to buy 4 ticket zones. The walk from the station in Klampenborg to Bakken takes approx. 10 minutes.


Accommodation
Accommodation in  hotel.
Special arrangements have been made with Hotel Absalon in Copenhagen. To book your hotel room you have to contact Hotel Absalon yourself before 1st juli.

Local transport
There are excellent train connections from Copenhagen Airport to the Copenhaugen mainstation (approx. 30 minutes travel).

Santas and Christmas pixies and elves are arranging their own transport to and from Bakken.


Meals
Some of the meals at the World Santa Claus Congress will be free for participating Santas. See the program for details (you need to log in to see it)


Parking
All participating Santas driving in their own cars will be provided with a free parking code for Bakken’s car park.
