Transport
If you are arriving by airplane, you are going to Copenhagen airport (Kastrup) the main airport in Copenhagen.
From the airport, there are train to Lyngby station - close to Hotel Scandic Eremitage.
The Hotel Scandic Eremitage is near Bakken.
You have to arrange your own transport to and from Bakken.
The busline 388 from Lyngby Storcenter - direction Tårbæk Havn - stops at Dyrehaven, and the walk from the busstop takes approx. 5 minutes.
Parking
If you arrives in your own car to Bakken, you will get a free parking code to the parking space at Bakken.
Price
It is free to participate in the World Santa Claus Congress. The participants must defray the expenses (hotel, travel and part of the catering) themselves.
